Service Terms – Quick Summary

By booking with Maple Maids, you agree to the following:

✔ Payment

  • Payment is due on the day of service.
  • A card on file or prepayment is required to reserve your appointment.

✔ Cancellations

  • 24-hour notice is required.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: $55 fee
  • Lock-outs or no-shows: Full service charge applies

✔ Pricing

  • Pricing is based on the information you provide.
  • If details are accurate, your flat rate is honored.
  • Additional time may be charged if the property condition differs from what was described.

✔ What’s Included

  • Standard residential/commercial cleaning only.
  • Does not include laundry, dishes, organization, or specialty services unless quoted.

✔ Claims

  • Any service issues or damage must be reported within 24 hours.
  • We will gladly return to re-clean any missed areas.
  • Refunds are not provided.

✔ Access & Utilities

  • Client must provide safe access, water, and electricity at the time of service.

✔ Pets & Special Conditions

  • Heavy pet hair, post-construction, or heavily soiled homes may require additional fees.

✔ Staff Policy

Hiring Maple Maids staff privately within 6 months carries a $3,000 referral fee per person.
